Visa requirements may differ according to the country of origin. Brazil does not require visa for most countries, however we advise delegates to check their individual needs in advance.
The Brazilian currency is the Real (R$). Most foreign currencies can be exchanged in local banks, ATMs, exchange bureau and hotel cashiers. There are exchange kiosks at Guarulhos International Airport and at the Renaissance Hotel, the Summit venue.

LANGUAGE IN BRAZIL
Brazil´s native language is Portuguese. Spanish and English are spoken in most hotels, restaurants and shopping malls.
Delegates are encouraged to purchase travel insurance before leaving their home country. Insurance plans typically cover accidental loss of belongings, medical costs and other risks of international traveling.
Belém is a rainiest city, due to its equatorial climate directly influenced by the presence of the Amazon rainforest. The thermal amplitude is low, with a compensated average annual temperature of 26.5 ° C(80° F), reaching 32 ° C (90° F).

GROUND TRANSPORTATION AT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
There is only one official company and taxis are to be found on the same level you exit. If you pay cash you can pay directly to the driver, if you use credit card it is advisable to pre pay at their kiosk (not all drivers carry a credit card machine). The ride cost is pre fixed according to the city area you are travelling to.
The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for:
- Changes in the program
- Stolen or lost personal belongings
- Attendee´s health problems, accidents or other casualties in or outside the Summit venue
- Claims related rendered by any commercial or not commercial organization
